Our approach is first to understand your short term and long term goals. Having this understanding of your strategy is what best helps us to advise you on the optimal product and structure, not only fulfilling your immediate needs, but also your long term needs over the term of the product.
Pre-underwriting is massively important to us because the last thing we want to do is waste your time. Since we work with a variety of asset classes, a specialist for each sector will review your deal before it even gets to underwriting.
Lauren Kidd
I have worked with real estate investors of all asset classes nationwide, hunting down the best pricing and loan terms for each individual deal. Contrary to most brokers, I have worked as a commercial loan originator for several direct private equity firms, which affords me an advantage when negotiating on behalf of the sponsor. Years of sales experience and wholesaling has brought me where I am today.
As a former Philadelphia public high school teacher, I value education and learning in every profession. I am constantly learning the industry so that I can best serve my clients. I continue to give back to our youth through one-on-one real estate mentorship.
